Engineering judgement, remotely, at fixed prices.

With a dated reason to buy.

Creweng gives infrastructure owners an engineer's judgement and an agent fleet's speed: the water, heat and obligations of a site; assurance of AI connected to plant; the agents, graphs and document pipelines behind engineering work.

Illustration and example brief. A siting study states the permit limits for the mixing zone and gives the source of every figure.

Three lines, one company.

Creweng, LLC is the one contracting party; the lines are the trading names its work goes out under. Each is a set of fixed-price products, quoted after a short scoping call.

Creweng Water & Heat

The water, the heat and the obligations of a site, written down before design starts.

Siting, water and heat-reuse obligations, feasibility studies and plant design packs for data-centre developers and operators, utilities, consultancies and heat networks.

Industrial AI Assurance

Evidence of what an AI agent may and may not do on your plant.

Read-only, fixed-price assurance of AI agents connected to plant, SCADA and OT: probe suites, tool-permission review and findings mapped to the regulation packs that apply.

AI Assurance

AgileGypsy, a Creweng division

Industrial AI for engineering work, with its limits in code.

Agents, knowledge graphs, harnesses and document pipelines for utilities, water and wastewater, heat, plant and data centres, and the consultancies and contractors that serve them, delivered remotely at fixed prices.

The dated reasons

The dates are set.

Each line answers a rule with a date behind it: heat-reuse quotas, reporting days, cost-benefit deadlines, high-risk AI obligations. The brief names the date and the source; analysis, not advice.
  1. Germany · Energy Efficiency Act

Germany's Energy Efficiency Act (EnEfG) requires new data centres to reuse 10% of their energy from 1 July 2026, 15% from 2027 and 20% from 2028.

  2. France · EED Article 26(6)

Article 26(6) of the Energy Efficiency Directive imposes a waste-heat cost-benefit duty above 1 MW; France sets a cost-benefit deadline of 1 October 2027.

  3. EU · AI Act, high-risk obligations

The high-risk obligations apply from 2 December 2027.

Analysis, not advice: each line reads as the linked source published it, and the rules move.

How an engagement runs

Scoped in a call. Priced in writing. Reviewed before release.

The same four steps run through every line, whether the work is a siting brief, a probe run against an agent, a harness build or a design pack.
  1. 01

    Scoping call

A short call about what you are deciding. A fixed price in writing follows; nothing starts until it is agreed. There is no hourly rate and no public price list.

  2. 02

    Desk study

The brief, the probe run or the pack is produced on the platform, remotely, with every regulation line cited and marked analysis, not advice.

  3. 03

    Review

The output is reviewed before it leaves: Tony, a principal engineer, for water, heat and plant; John for agents, graphs and assurance.

  4. 04

    Hand-over

A document your team can work from, a revision trail you can check later, and a re-run or a watch if the rules or the model change.

Engagements are contracted and delivered by Creweng, LLC. Where a seal, a HAZOP study or a site visit is required, a locally registered engineer of record supplies it; Creweng does not seal.
